Joseph McCulley (owner) and the A-1 Inspections team are committed to live by “The Golden Rule”. This means we desire to treat others as we ourselves want to be treated in all areas of life. Therefore, we are committed to delivering detailed, thorough, accurate and affordable inspections that meet and/or exceed both state and national standards for all clients. We want to do a great job for our clients just as we would want someone to do for us if we were hiring an inspector.
We deliver a professional inspection report complete with photos to help document our findings as we inspect hundreds of components in a home. The inspection report will normally be sent out via email the same day as the inspection.
We give all the credit to God for His blessings on our business. We believe He has blessed us because of the above principles and the hard work we do. As a result, our business continues to grow year after year.
