EMP Only Inspections — EMPs are available for Condos, Townhomes and Homes that only require the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Inspected.
Well/Water/Septic System Inspection (includes one bacteria test to ensure the water is safe to drink. Other types of water testing can be done for additional fees).
Well Treatment/Disinfection and water retest
Swimming Pool Inspection (test/inspect pool & pool equipment, check pool safety features, evaluate pool deck area [if applicable], measure/document swimming pool size, calculate how many gallons of water it holds, provide written report with photos of defects, etc..)

Radon Gas Testing (Passive charcoal canister test)
Re-inspection (to check repairs made since prior inspection).
HVAC Duct Scope Inspection (We run a camera down a representative number [usually 4] of the HVAC ducts to inspect the ducts, boots and plenum). Extra ducts are an extra charge.
Sewer Scope Inspection (a video inspection of the privately owned sewer line from the home’s sewer clean-out to the publicly owned main sewer line or to the septic tank).
HVAC Duct Cleaning and Sanitizing (We clean & sanitize one air handler and supply ducts)
